Nestled in the heart of PAINTWORKS, south Bristol's arts and media quarter, Bocabar has become a wonderfully hip and unique haunt of both local residents and those in the know from further afield. With it's New York loft-style interior, comfy sofas and quirky standard lamps Bocabar exudes a cool, chic and down-right slouchy feel that is as easy-going by day as it is lively and buzzing at night.
Our savvy clientel already know that a full afternoon or evening is required to sample our extensive food and drink menus which include made-on-the-premises Italian stonebaked gourmet pizzas, delicious deli-platters, salads and tapas, a specials board, yummy 'not-so-good-for-you' cakes, draught beers and ciders, enticing and authentic cocktails and a carefully selected winelist which panders to any occasion or mood.
On sundays we alternate our lunchtime menu between summer and winter - Barbeque or Sunday Roast! Between 12 and 3pm you can choose from our delicious organic / local meat, west-country fish and seasonal vegetarian Bocabarbeque menu during the summer months or come and savour our delicious sunday roast options once the longer nights set in.
